Private Team Locker

About
Us

Built by a coach, for the people who run programs.

Why this exists

Every program runs on the same broken setup. A group text nobody reads. An email chain that loses half the roster. A shared drive nobody can find. A stack of paper in somebody’s car. Then something changes at the last minute, and the coach finds out at the field who never got the message.

Your Team Locker is one private room instead of all of that. The schedule, the playbook, the film, the forms, the announcements and the messages live in one place — and every player, coach and staff member gets their own locker inside it with their name on it.

What makes it different

You see who read it. Every notice, document and alert shows you the names — who opened it, who confirmed, and who is still outstanding. Said once in a loud gym is not communicated. This is proof that it was.

The emergency alert. One action puts a red banner on every screen in the room and reaches every member at once, with a typed confirmation so it can never be sent by accident and one-tap receipt so you know who has it. It is not a replacement for 911, and we say so plainly.

Intelligence, not just organization. Other team apps tell you where the game is. Your Team Locker helps you understand how to win it — daily sports intelligence every morning at 4AM, written for your sport and your level, and certified scouting and evaluation reports delivered into the same room your team already lives in.

Who it is for

Twenty-eight sports, youth through the pros. And because it is one engine underneath, the same room works for a faculty, a union local, a firehouse, a board, a troop, a chapter, a club or a business — a different name over the door and different words inside. See the other uses.

What we will not do

  • We do not sell your information.
  • We do not put advertising in your room.
  • We do not use the material in your room to market to your members.
  • We do not claim a capability we have not built.
